Diane Mills is a licensed real estate agent and partner with the Battiata Real Estate Group, powered by Global Agent Collective and brokered by eXp Realty. She specializes in the listing, marketing, and sale of luxury homes, coastal estates, and ranch properties across San Diego County. Diane also leads the Global Agent Collective expansion internationally by creating referral opportunities with our 90,000+ agent network across 29 countries and growing. 

A Laguna Beach native and longtime North County San Diego resident, Diane brings 25+ years of high-level marketing and media experience to real estate. Her background in national brand campaigns allows her to position homes with exceptional visibility, attracting qualified buyers locally and globally.

Diane has been instrumental in the growth of the Battiata Real Estate Group, contributing to over 2,000 homes sold and more than 200 agents attracted to eXp Realty. She also led key marketing initiatives during the years Matt Battiata achieved the #1 Individual Agent Worldwide for eXp Realty.

Known for her white-glove service and strategic approach, Diane delivers expert marketing, negotiation, and guidance to ensure clients maximize both opportunity and value.

A UCLA graduate and active community leader, Diane serves on the board of the MiraCosta College Foundation. She and her husband, Brian, have lived in Carlsbad’s Aviara community for decades, where they raised their two children and built multiple successful businesses.
